SmartLink is a digital image capture application which creates a virtual, read-only electronic capture link between an EHR system and HealthPort’s ROI system providing a streamlined process of uninterrupted workflow for processing medical record requests. For hybrid record systems, SmartLink can capture paper documents through the use of scanners and seamlessly combine the pages into a consolidated authorized request.
